Fog over Mount Tamalpais Foothills at Sunset, Mount Tamalpais State Park
I captured this photo in May 2023, as part of a month-long project to photograph every corner of the Bay Area. On this afternoon, I found a spot in the foothills of Mount Tamalpais where the fog had started rolling in from the ocean. As the sun dipped below the horizon, it lit up the layers of fog that had accumulated off in the distance.
